we are family

2 sisters (with a lot of help from brothers, parents, spouses, children, neices, nephews, neighbors, and lots and lots of friends) Robin and Amy started their own short term rental company in 2016. One of the first AirBnb’s in the area, Robin and Amy’s A Li’l Love Inn, LLC sought to help cover the upkeep of the cottage their parents had handed down to them. Our success was a surprise, but also a result of a LOT of hard work (and a LOT of FUN), creative juices, and God’s blessings of nature and beauty. Since the first day our doors opened (and multiplied), we have aimed to provide our guests with comforts and recreation you won't find at most rentals, with everything you need on hand, with tasteful and creative decor, and lots of communal areas perfect for memory making with loved ones. 6 siblings, 14 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and cousins galore have helped us test our offering. We hope you’ll join us!!!

(A small portion of family are present in this photo.)

ROBIN lives nearby in Erie, PA where she has owned and operated a hair salon for 30+ years. She brings her exquisite eye for style and design and oversees the unique interior and exterior of our properties. Her passion for junk stores and second hand shops, along with TJ Maxx pilgrimages mean that our properties are always evolving. Robin dedicates her weekends to managing the constant upkeep of 3 properties pummeled by extreme weather. During your stay you may bump into her. She’ll likely be rocking out to Eddie Vedder on her AirPods, tending to loose screws, suppporting our fabulous housekeeping staff, and dragging in a new treasure from her Ford Flex. Robin is the heart and sweat of A Li’l Love Inn.

AMY lives in Los Angeles, CA where she is raising her 2 daughters while managing the sales and marketing of A Li’l Love Inn. 13 years working in marketing/sales/training in the medical industry out of North Carolina, NYC and the west coast were great practice to starting their business together. Amy loves to work with our guests to provide the best customer service, while adding the communications and business acumen she studied as an undergraduate at Penn State University. Amy comes home as much as possible to help Robin with renovations, summer maintenance, and the onslaught of fall leaves. Amy deals with the books and the bookings.

Our silver fox mother VICKI lives in Venice, FL where she is enjoying life on the pickle ball court, in the church choir, and with the many friends and family who come to visit her. Vicki is our “silent” partner and matriarch whose support and guidance encourage this female-operated business. When she returns home she sets forth cleaning the windows, scrubbing the corners, feeding us, and seeing that the whole family comes together to enjoy the homestead that she and our father built.

DICK loved Cambridge Springs. He loved the properties he designed, built, organized and kept in place, much the same way as he loved his 6 children. He was a businessman, owner of family run Turner’s Mill which served the local farmers in the area for almost 100 years . When Dad passed in 2021 he was aware of our start and in favor of seeing this area’s beauty be shared, nurtured, and turned into something that lived on, that helped to feed the community. After a hard day’s work, well into his 80’s, he would end his day on the back deck looking out at Mitchell Lake with Vicki by his side. This was his favorite place to be.
